Joseph is Co-Head of Gresham Executive's Benelux practice, partnering with private equity investors and portfolio companies on finance leadership and value creation hires across the deal lifecycle.

He began his career as a private equity and venture capital analyst in Hong Kong and New York, before moving into executive search. After several years building a portfolio management practice in London, Joseph relocated to Amsterdam, where he has established himself as a trusted partner to Benelux private equity investors and the CFOs who lead their portfolio companies.

His work focuses on the mid and upper mid-market, particularly businesses scaling beyond their domestic base into international platforms. He is regularly engaged on buy-and-build execution, transformation, and exit-readiness mandates - situations where the calibre of finance leadership materially shapes the outcome.

Joseph is known for the depth of his Benelux network, his ability to bridge local insight with a broader international perspective, and for delivering high-impact CFO and finance talent at pace. He works as a long-term partner to sponsors and management teams, often supporting the same business across multiple stages of its evolution.
