Jorrit has worked in the recruitment industry since 2019, building experience across specialist search before joining Gresham Executive in 2026 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

At Gresham Executive, Jorrit focuses on the Benelux region, supporting Private Equity-backed portfolio companies in finding senior leadership talent across sectors including Production & Manufacturing, Professional Services, Technology, Healthcare and Consumer.

Outside of work, Jorrit is a passionate football player and padel enthusiast - both of which are best enjoyed in great company!
