Jess has over 12 years of experience in finance recruitment, specializing in CFO appointments and the wider finance team build-out that follows.

Jess began her career in the UK, working across investment banking and asset management, before moving her focus to the US market, where she has spent the latter half of her career. She now specializes in private equity firms and their portfolio companies, working closely with investors and management teams across a range of finance leadership searches.

At the heart of Jess’s approach is relationship building and taking the time to genuinely understand the individuals she works with, their experience, ambitions and priorities. With an academic background in Economics and deep sector expertise, Jess takes a highly personal and consultative approach to recruitment, focused on building lasting relationships and creating the right outcomes for both individuals and businesses.
