Based in our Amsterdam office, Eamonn focuses on Controller and other CFO-support roles at PE-backed portfolio companies across the Benelux. He works directly with CFOs to build finance teams that can deliver the reporting, control and value-creation agenda that investors expect. Eamonn has a strong foundation in finance recruitment, with experience across finance, risk and compliance functions. In financial services he supported major banks on large-scale remediation projects and advised fintech companies on key hires. That background gives him a thorough understanding of the governance and reporting pressure finance teams face in demanding, fast-changing environments. Before his career in recruitment, Eamonn trained and worked as a physiotherapist, which shaped his analytical and people-centric approach.
