This is a high-impact role requiring experience in complex, multi-entity international environments, and the ability to navigate between entrepreneurial ownership and private equity-style governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financing & Banking: Drive discussions with banks and leasing partners; optimize financing structures.
  • Group Finance Leadership: Own consolidation, Lucanet reporting, and month-end processes; deliver timely, accurate management information.
  • Controlling & Reporting: Build a state-of-the-art Controlling system with integrated BI and KPI reporting.
  • Governance & Compliance: Prepare board and bank reporting, ensure audit completion, and enhance transparency. Own Group Compliance and ESG strategy implementation.
  • Business Partnering: Provide actionable insights on profitability, costs, and investment priorities; support ongoing efficiency and transformation initiatives.
  • Subsidiary Alignment: Standardize accounting and reporting practices across international entities.

  • Deep understanding of HGB and IFRS-16 reporting standards.
  • Track record of transforming organizations into KPI-driven, performance-focused operations.
  • Experience integrating subsidiaries and professionalizing finance and controlling teams.
  • Confident, hands-on leader able to constructively challenge and support the CEO and management team.
