Gresham Executive is currently partnered with a leading Private Equity firm in the search for a seasoned Board Member for a pharmaceutical regulatory services platform.

We are seeking a recognised industry professional with deep expertise in pharma services and a strong commercial orientation. This individual will support initial platform sourcing and due diligence, as well as subsequent acquisition strategy, growth, and value creation.

Profile

• C-level leadership experience in pharma services, particularly traditional consulting within regulatory services
• Experience working with PE-backed companies and delivering successful exits
• Strong understanding of FDA/EMA regulatory pathways and commercialisation strategy
• Proven ability to scale service-based organisations (both organically and through M&A)
• Board or advisory experience (formal or informal)

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic sounding board to the CEO and PE sponsor
• Support growth planning, M&A activity, and exit preparation
• Provide commercial and operational input to accelerate EBITDA and revenue growth
• Help shape service strategy across regulatory, CMC, and related domains
• Contribute to talent and organisational development at key inflection points
